Meet Ron Rayon

Ron is uniquely called to leadership roles in both the Church and the marketplace.  He and his wife Mary were married in 1965 and have two children, five grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. Ron was widowed in January 2015 when Mary went on to be with our Lord.

Ron and Mary founded and have been Sr. Pastors of Grace Christian Center in St. Joseph, MI. since 1996. Apostle Ron is an ordained through Christian International Apostolic Network (CIAN) and serves Bishop Hamon and Christian International as a member of the Board of Directors and the Board of Governors. Ron also serves as “Facilitator for the Business Mountain” of CIAN’s 7MKI Initiative. (Seven Mountain Kingdom Influencers)

For over 40 years Ron has worked in major corporations to create products, improve product creation processes and develop leaders in engineering and business. He retired in 2009 as General Manager, Global Product Development for Whirlpool Corporation’s Food Preparation Business. He is currently a business leadership coach. His work in the marketplace has always been contiguous with an equal effort helping people of faith in Jesus Christ to find their place and destiny in the Kingdom of God; this includes our families, our places of worship, our assignments in our communities, and our life’s work in each area of influence.

Ron teaches that strategy, leadership, and management acumen is required in all our work. Kingdom Principles, based upon Truth, together with fact-based business and personal development practices, assure our success. God gives us the power to create wealth and build his church that he may establish his eternal covenant in the earth. Ron’s life message is that, like Barnabas, Lydia and Cornelius of the Bible, we can all experience the help of the Holy Spirit to accomplish the will of the Lord in our family, our church and our workplace. His life is an example of the mercy and grace available to followers of Jesus today.
